January 1st -31st, 2016

Our online challenges have been exhilarating and filled with several stories of success. ReVitahealth is doing it again!! We are inviting 50 participants to join our FREE Sugar Crush challenge just in time to kick-start the New Year. After all of the holiday festivities filled with cakes, cookies, chocolates and libations -for those who take part, we are encouraging you to crush the refined sugar addiction for all 31 days of January 2016.

As before, our challenge can be completed in the comfort of your own home at your own pace with no need to count calories or daily weigh-ins. It’s all about eating clean and focusing on the actual needs of your body, not the temporary non-beneficial cravings.

Have you ever wondered why you can’t seem to shed the extra-unwanted pounds after eating salads for lunch with your fruit on the bottom yogurt for 3 months in row? It’s because of the pristine white sparkling crystals lurking in many of your perceivably healthy favorites.

We know you’ve probably heard it a million times before, however, this is one of those messages that is worth echoing. Refined sugar is truly the single worst ingredient in today’s diet, hidden in at least 80% of the foods we consume on a daily basis known to overload your liver, because obesity and even cancer– see our article about sugar in the blog section of our website https://www.revitahealth.ca/blog.

Join us starting January 1st 2016, on a journey to naturally increase your energy, annihilate destructive sugar cravings and to embrace an overall healthier lifestyle. You will be provided with the following:

  • Daily healthy recipes
  • Daily exercise tips
  • A dynamic support system from our followers who share many inspiring stories that will keep you motivated.

We look forward to having you join us. For information, please contact us at info@revitahealth.ca or any of our social media links. We’re happy to get the conversation going.
